Amit is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of New Delhi. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, as well as the Institute of Public Accountants. With over a decade of experience, Amit specializes in preparing tax returns for companies, trusts, and individuals. His expertise and attention to detail have earned him a stellar reputation among clients. Beyond tax preparation, Amit offers financial analysis and strategic planning services. Dr. John Warmington
Dr John Warmington is the founder and Principal of Technology Incentive Services. He has over 25 years of technology and industry experience. Prior to establishing Technology Incentive Services, he managed the R&D Tax and Government Incentives program for Deloitte Australia.
He has the practical experience in the technology industry to be able to assist clients to identify their eligible R&D activities and maximise claims for the R&D tax incentive as well as assist clients in applications for the various grant programs offered by the federal and state governments.
Dr Warmington’s experience in the technology sector has seen him found start-up companies, ASX listings, develop innovative products and lead successful R&D programs. His broad industry experience includes the mining, manufacturing, IT, software, clean/green tech, biotechnology and life science sectors.
He has undertaken various roles including: researcher, university academic and industry consultant as well as being a director of private and public companies. He has a number of international patents, has published many scientific papers and is regularly invited to speak at national and international conferences.
John has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Science from Cambridge University and a doctorate in Biotechnology from the University of Manchester.

Ross Warmington
Ross Warmington is the client manager and accountant of Technology Incentive Services. He has over 8 years of experience in the R&D tax incentive sector and writing and applying for government grants and incentives (such as the Export Marketing Development Grant). Before joining Technology Incentive Services, he was an intern at Deloitte Australia, working in the Economic Advisory department assisting on policy advisement.
He has the practical experience to be able to, with Amit Sharma, assist clients in;

identifying eligible R&D expenditure, and;

determining R&D company structures and payment structures to maximise the benefit of the R&D tax incentive, and;

ensure all substantiation documentation and guidelines are met as stated by the Australian Tax Office and AusIndustry.

assists clients in applications for the various grant programs offered by the federal and state governments and other incentives.
Ross has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, majoring in Economics, Accounting, Finance and Marketing. He has also been a lifelong participant in the Raine Study and is unfortunately a Fremantle Dockers fan.
